Meet your Bio
My name is Rozelle Homsek, and I’m excited to share a little bit about myself with you. I grew up on a farm in the Free State, where I developed a strong work ethic and fell in love with the simplicity of life. After completing my studies at the University of the Free State, I made the big move to Hermanus in the Western Cape—where I turned my dream into reality by opening my very own Biokineticist practice.
I have a deep passion for helping others, particularly children and older adults, and I truly enjoy working with people of all ages to improve their quality of life through movement and therapy.
When I’m not in the practice, I’m always on the move—whether it’s engaging in creative hobbies or staying active in various ways. I believe in living life to the fullest, and I bring that energy and enthusiasm to everything I do.
